OUR CHURCH VISION: BUILDING FAITH, FAMILIES, AND FRIENDS
Our vision describes what we primarily do as a congregation BUILDING FAITH Regardless of where people are on their individual journey of faith, our goal is to strengthen their loyalty to Jesus Christ in experience, knowledge, and community. BUILDING FAMILIES God established family as the primary means to reveal his glory and impact cultures. Our heart is to welcome and strengthen all families, celebrating singleness, honoring marriage, and prioritizing children. BUILDING FRIENDS We were created to belong, not just believe. Our hope is to provide a culture where existing friendships are strengthened, new relationships are formed, and a sense of community and belonging is experienced. Tell us what you love about the vision of Christ's Chapel and why.
OUR PURPOSE *
Our purpose as a church answers the question, 'Why Do We Do What We Do?': People matter… all people… without exception. God’s love collapses prejudice, bias, and the things that often divide and separate. Christ’s Chapel welcomes the hurting and struggling as openly as those with wholeness and stability… genuinely celebrating everyone as a person of value. Simply stated, our purpose is to be a church where people are accepted, loved, valued, and welcomed! We hope you felt this as you stepped into our church or soon thereafter. What was your initial impressions as you began attending Christ's Chapel?
OUR STRATEGY *
How do we accomplish our vision and remain true to our purpose? We use five primary terms; Worship, Grow, Connect, Serve and Go. Our written vision, purpose and core values as a church define who we are and what we do, our strategy details how we implement those things within our congregation and community, along with our efforts to be kingdom builders globally. Our strategy provides focus and an overall action plan that keeps us on track as events are planned and church calendars are established. How or where would you like to jump in and help us accomplish our mission?
